A competition for the design of a monument to Ülo Sooster
The Sooster Foundation has announced a competition for the design of a monument to Ülo Sooster in the Kärdla educational quarter, opposite the school the artist attended. Details via the link.
According to the plan, the winner will be announced no later than 15 April 2026. The monument is to be unveiled on 17 October 2027.
The SA Sooster Foundation thanks the Hiiumaa Municipality for the opportunity to place the monument in Kärdla. There is a little less than two years to go until the unveiling.
